New PTZ IP cameras featuring Super LoLox HD technology
Following on from the successful launch of the first Super LoLux HD cameras in 2012, JVC Professional is now expanding this range with the addition of two new Direct Drive PTZ dome cameras.
These new IP network cameras are ideal for many applications, especially those involving low light conditions, demanding multi stream operations, or requiring advanced directional mechanisms (Direct Drive 2) without the requirement for cost consuming regular service and maintenance.
These new PTZ camera models the VN-H657BU (indoor) and the VN-H657WPBU (outdoor), feature new 1080p CMOS sensors, powerful dual and triple stream performance, multi-codec support - including MJPEG, H.264 Base and H.264 High Profile - and include the ability to store footage on SD cards. JVC's Super LoLux HD technology offers brilliant high-definition resolution and remarkable light sensitivity, producing colour images in virtually zero lux conditions. These new Direct Drive cameras also feature 3D dynamic noise reduction and support the latest ONVIF standard for network cameras (Profile S type) as well as High POE functionality.
For years, JVC's “Direct Drive” PTZ mechanism has been known for its reliability, robustness and low running costs over long term operation and now in its second generation, “Direct Drive” is even more efficient and perfectly adapted to 1080p camera performance. Additionally, the newly designed IP66 rated outdoor version (VN-H657WPBU) provides exceptional performance even in extreme (-40°/+58°C) temperature environments.
